We accept cash, check, or credit cards. Payment is due one day prior to your scheduled inspection. Once your inspection is booked, we'll forward an agreement for you to review and digitally sign along with a link for payment through Square. You'll receive your report in PDF format via email, usually within 24 hours of the completion of your on-site inspection. Your report will be divided into the main sections of your property (exterior, interior, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) and will include a summary page for easy reference regarding those items that need immediate attention.
